According to information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police), around 9:30 AM on April 17th, a truck with license plate 89C-086.XX driven by D.K.H. (residing in Tien Lu, Hung Yen province) was traveling on Thanh Tri Bridge in the direction of Dam Muoi Road. When it reached the middle of the bridge, the truck suddenly lost control and crashed into the median strip and two motorcycles with license plates 30P9-06XX and 30M3-65XX traveling in the same direction.
The strong impact injured the two motorcyclists, who were taken to the hospital. All three vehicles were severely damaged, and a section of the median strip on the bridge was knocked down.
