Mr. To Hoang Duy, the victim’s younger brother, was still in shock as he recounted the events. “I received the news that Dung had an accident, my limbs went numb, and I hurriedly informed my mother. The two of us rushed to the hospital with hearts burning with anxiety,” Duy choked back tears.
According to accounts, Mr. Dung was on his way home after a job interview when the accident occurred. The truck accident fatality happened tragically, with dashcam footage capturing the horrific scene of the truck running over Mr. Dung twice, causing outrage among the family and the public.

“Watching the clip again intensifies the heartbreak. We only hope that the law will intervene, clarify the case, demand justice for Dung, and serve as a warning to other drivers,” Duy shared.
In the funeral space, the victim’s 11-year-old son sobbed as he recited prayers for his father. The image of the young mother instructing her son, “Repeat after me, pray for father together…” brought tears to everyone’s eyes.
Mrs. Dinh Hanh (65 years old, the victim’s mother) was in extreme pain at the loss of her son. She choked out, “I’ve lost my son! He was gentle and caring for his family. How will my family live now?” The truck accident fatality has taken away the breadwinner of the family, the future of two young children, and a lonely elderly mother.
