A tragic accident occurred at approximately 3:25 PM on September 24th on National Highway 27, passing through Ea Bhốk commune, Cư Kuin district, Đắk Lắk province. A 12th-grade male student died at the scene after being struck by a truck while crossing the road.

According to initial information, the victim was V.M.Tr (born in 2007), a 12th-grade student at Y Jút High School, residing in Cư Êwi commune, Cư Kuin district. Tr and another male friend were walking across National Highway 27. When they reached the middle of the road, they encountered a car traveling in the direction of Buôn Ma Thuột City – Cư Kuin, so Tr stepped back to avoid it.
Truck Collision Causes Student’s Death
Just as Tr stepped back, he was unexpectedly struck directly by a truck. The truck, with license plate 51D-432.81, was driven by Đinh Quang Huy (born in 1999, residing in Đắk Glei district, Kon Tum province) traveling in the opposite direction.
The strong impact caused Tr to die at the scene. At the scene, the truck involved in the accident had front-end damage, and Tr’s body was lying nearby.
