On the afternoon of August 28th, a shocking video rapidly spread across social media, capturing a severe traffic accident where a truck ran over a motorcyclist. This tragic incident occurred on National Highway 51, heading from Long Thanh District to Bien Hoa City, specifically at Km 6 + 350, in Huong Phuoc Quarter, Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province.
The clip shows that at the time of the accident, it was raining heavily. The truck, traveling in the middle lane, signaled and began to turn right. During this maneuver, the truck collided with a motorcyclist traveling in the innermost right lane.
