AHAMOVE TRUCK PARTNER RECRUITMENT COLLABORATOR POLICY
Application Period: From September 1st, 2021 to March 31st, 2023
Applicable Areas: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai
Special Offer: For each successfully referred driver, collaborators receive 500,000 VND immediately.
Conditions for a driver to be considered a successful referral and for collaborators to receive rewards:
- Order Completion: The new driver must complete at least 01 order using a truck on the Ahamove application within 14 days (336 hours) from the date their account is activated.
- Registration Time: The referred driver’s account must be successfully registered within 28 days from the date the collaborator fills in the driver’s information on the Ahamove registration form.
Important Notes about the Program:
- Referral Validity: Commissions will not be paid if the collaborator refers a driver after the driver has already registered their information directly at an Ahamove office.
- Referral Code: To ensure fairness and transparency, the program does not apply rewards if the driver enters a referral code belonging to any other individual. This ensures that the reward is specifically for collaborators who directly refer and support new drivers joining Ahamove Trucks.

- Payment Time: Remuneration for referring Ahamove truck drivers will be paid periodically on the 1st of each month and transferred directly to the collaborator’s official bank account.
- Tracking Referral Information: Collaborators can easily track and check the list of drivers they have successfully referred through the management link provided by Ahamove.
- Personal Income Tax: According to current legal regulations, Ahamove will deduct PIT (Personal Income Tax) before paying the remuneration to collaborators.

- Enter Driver Information: Collaborators need to proactively enter complete and accurate information of the referred person into the Ahamove online registration form click here before the driver comes to the Ahamove office to register.
- Guide App Download and Registration: Guide new drivers to download the Ahamove application and register an account using their personal phone number. Important Note: Drivers must not enter anyone’s referral code during registration.
- Information Security: Collaborators commit not to sell or exchange driver information to Ahamove or any other third party.
- Compliance with Regulations: Collaborators commit not to propagate, speak, or have any actions, words, phrases, sentences, or images that negatively affect the reputation and honor of Ahamove.
