At approximately 4:40 PM on February 18th, a Mazda CX-5 collided with a motorcycle carrying two adults and a child on Co Linh Street. The impact caused the motorcycle to be dragged under the car. Instead of stopping, the driver fled towards Vinh Tuy bridge and Minh Khai street.
The family reported the incident to the authorities at 9:30 PM the same day. Fortunately, all three victims were rescued and are now in stable condition.

In Vinh City, Nghe An province, the city police arrested and detained Dang Thai Hoang for assaulting a male student following a traffic incident. The incident occurred around 4:50 PM on February 18th when Hoang and his younger brother were walking across Tran Phu Street and collided with a young man riding a motorcycle. Hoang then physically assaulted the student, resulting in hospitalization.
