Power Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 (PCC1) inaugurated the Bao Lam 3 Hydropower Plant in Bao Lam district, Cao Bang province on June 30th. This marks the largest hydropower plant invested and constructed by PCC1 after more than two years of construction. A notable highlight of this project is the first-ever deployment of specialized Putzmeister Telebelt conveyor trucks in Vietnam.

The Bao Lam 3 Hydropower Plant, with a designed capacity of 46MW and a commercial electricity output exceeding 193 million kWh per year, is classified as a Class I project according to Vietnamese standards. This is the first time this type of vehicle has been used in Vietnam, marking a significant step forward in the application of modern construction technology.
