However, the appeal of flagship models like the Ford F-150 remains undiminished among enthusiasts. The clearest evidence of this is the appearance of the latest generation Ford F-150, launched in 2020, but so far only about 5 units have been imported into the country. Among them, the top-of-the-line Limited version is even rarer, with only a handful, approximately 2 units, in existence.
Boasting imposing dimensions, lavish interiors, equipped with a range of advanced off-road technologies, and a price tag that is far from accessible, super pickups like the Ford F-150 Limited are typically selective in their owners. They are mainly favored by Vietnamese elites, not only to serve daily commuting needs but also as a way to assert status and satisfy a passion for collecting unique vehicles.
White Ford F-150 Limited in Vietnam
The white Ford F-150 featured in this article is one of the few Limited versions currently on the roads of Vietnam. According to information from the importer Auto568, to own this super pickup masterpiece, the owner had to spend no less than 6 billion VND (Vietnamese Dong). This figure is completely understandable when compared to the starting price of the Ford F-150 Limited in the US, which is already at $77,625 USD, equivalent to about 1.91 billion VND. The significant price difference mainly comes from taxes and shipping costs to bring this model to Vietnam.

In terms of overall design, the new generation Ford F-150 doesn’t have too many differences compared to its predecessors. The highlight at the front is still the square, stacked LED headlights, combined with the signature C-shaped LED daytime running lights. The front bumper is designed to be more muscular, with integrated fog lights and LED daytime running lights on both sides, enhancing visibility. The grille of the Limited version exudes luxury with many bright chrome horizontal bars, with the central bar being the most prominent.

According to the manufacturer’s announcement, this super pickup has an average fuel consumption of about 13 liters/100 km in urban areas, 10 liters/100 km on highways, and 11.7 liters/100 km on mixed roads. This consumption rate is considered quite reasonable for a large, powerful pickup truck like the Ford F-150 Limited.
In the Vietnamese market, although the number of super pickup enthusiasts is not too large, there have been formidable competitors to the Ford F-150 in recent times, such as the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 High Country, Dodge RAM 1500 TRX (priced at around 8 billion VND), Toyota Tundra (over 5 billion VND). Competition from these rivals further enhances the attractiveness of the super pickup segment in Vietnam.
