2. Important Notes When Using Trucks for Delivery
- Rules for Collecting Money on Orders:
AhaMove money collection rules
Partners are responsible for collecting money from customers when the screen displays “Amount to Collect”. It is mandatory to collect the exact amount displayed on the order. Adding extra money or rounding up the money without permission is strictly prohibited and will be handled according to regulations.
Do not collect money from customers when the “Receive Cash” section displays “0đ” (customer has already paid online). The delivery fee will automatically be added to the main account on the Aha Driver app upon completion of the order.
3. General Regulations When Delivering by Truck
- Contact the recipient at least 3 times within 15 minutes (the first call should be 15 minutes apart from the last call) if you cannot reach them.
- Notify the sender before returning the goods if the recipient refuses. Leave a message if you cannot contact the sender.
- Only contact customers regarding delivery or order problem solving.
- Keep call history for at least 7 days for complaint handling.

Canceling an Order
You can only cancel an order on the app for objective reasons (not from the driver) and provide evidence as required.
Issues Arising During Delivery
Contact the order placer for support. AhaMove does not provide support if the driver does not carry vehicle documents. Always prepare vehicle documents when driving.
Truck Ban Hours
Follow the truck ban hours. Turn off the auto-accept feature when approaching truck ban hours (for 500kg, 1000kg, 1500kg, and 2000kg vehicles).
