On the evening of September 14th, a truck accident occurred on the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway, in Vinh Phuc province. The truck crashed while carrying essential aid for people affected by floods in Lao Cai.
The incident happened around 8:30 PM at Km43+500 of the Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway. The truck, license plate 50H-226.xx, driven by T.V.L., was traveling with a convoy carrying relief supplies when a rear tire suddenly blew out, causing the truck to overturn.

Fortunately, there were no casualties. This was one of three trucks in a convoy carrying essential supplies to support people in Lao Cai facing difficulties due to the floods. Immediately after the accident, officers from Team 1 of the Traffic Police Department quickly arrived and coordinated with local people to assist the driver.
To ensure that the relief supplies reached the people of Lao Cai in a timely manner, traffic police officers and local people urgently transferred all the goods from the wrecked truck to another truck. This action allowed the aid convoy to continue its journey without interruption due to the unfortunate incident.

This truck accident is a reminder of the importance of thoroughly checking vehicle maintenance, especially tires, before each journey, especially for long-distance trucks carrying important goods. At the same time, the quick and enthusiastic support of the traffic police and local people showed the spirit of solidarity and mutual support, ensuring that relief supplies reached those in need as quickly as possible.
