3. Container Truck Drivers

1. Subjective Faults Caused by Drivers

Drivers are fully responsible for subjective traffic violations during driving, including:

All fines due to driver’s subjective fault.
Faults of missing lights, horns or mandatory equipment on the vehicle (if the vehicle was operating normally before).
Speeding violations, not maintaining safe distances.

2. Subjective Faults Caused by Vehicle Owner

The company is responsible for subjective faults belonging to the vehicle owner if the driver has notified before the trip but has not been remedied, including:

Over-sized, overloaded truck bed and goods.
Faults of missing lights, horns, mandatory equipment (if the driver has reported in advance).
Being inspected by market management for goods (related to papers, legality of goods provided by the company).
