However, the specific speed of the BMW S1000RR motorcycle at the time of the accident has not been determined. The lack of a data black box on the motorcycle makes it difficult to determine the exact cause and circumstances of the incident.
The Tran Yen District Police are actively consolidating documents and clarifying the cause of the accident to take strict action in accordance with the law. The accident not only caused damage to people and property but also raised an alarm about compliance with speed limits and traffic safety, especially for large displacement vehicles such as the BMW S1000RR.
Prior to the accident, the car with license plate 29A-371.xx, driven by Mr. Tran Tien N. (resident of Yen Bai City), carrying Mr. Nguyen Duc H. and Ms. Nguyen Thi L. A camera belonging to a household near the scene recorded the entire course of the accident. Accordingly, the BMW S1000RR sped through the intersection and crashed directly into the car in the roundabout. The strong impact caused the car to flip several times, deforming the body, while the BMW S1000RR motorcycle was also heavily damaged in the front.
