Truck badges are valid for 7 years or as requested by the transportation business unit (requested time from 1 to 7 years) and not exceeding the vehicle’s service life.
Cases of Badge Revocation
Truck badges may be revoked in the following cases:
- The transportation business unit is deprived of the right to use the Transportation Business License.
- The vehicle violates speed limits 5 times or more per 1000 km of vehicle travel (excluding speed violations under 5 km/h) within a month according to data from the journey monitoring device.
- Fixed-route transportation vehicles do not operate on the route for 60 consecutive days.
