Grade 2 Student Tragically Killed by Truck: School Zone Safety Alert

A tragic traffic accident in Krong Buk district, Dak Lak province, claimed the life of a second-grade student right at the school gate. This heartbreaking incident rings alarm bells about traffic safety in school zones, especially the compliance of parents and drivers when dropping off and picking up their children.

According to information from the Department of Education and Training of Krong Buk district, all schools in the district have regulations prohibiting parents’ motorbikes and cars from entering the schoolyard. The purpose of this regulation is to ensure absolute safety for students and teachers, avoiding unfortunate incidents that may occur. However, the recent tragic accident shows that the compliance of some parents is still limited, leading to heartbreaking consequences.
