Additional Penalty Form: Driver’s License Point Deduction

In addition to financial penalties corresponding to overweight violations, drivers and vehicle owners should note that the draft decree also proposes applying an additional penalty form: driver’s license point deduction. Depending on the severity of the violation, drivers will have a certain number of points deducted from their driver’s licenses. This is a noteworthy new point, increasing the deterrent effect of the law against overloading.
