On the night of December 19th, at km558 of National Highway 1A, passing through Ky Tho commune, Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province, police forces discovered a suspicious truck with license plate 29H-784.97. The truck was driven by Mr. Le T., born in 1992, residing in Dong Ha City, Quang Tri province, traveling from South to North.

Upon inspection, authorities discovered a large quantity of foreign beer and liquor without proof of origin on the truck. Specifically, the truck contained 150 crates of Heineken beer (Ken beer cans), 80 crates of Black liquor, 10 crates of Dark beer, 30 crates of Pilsner Urquell beer, and 100 bags of granulated sugar.
Mr. Le T. was unable to present any legal documents related to the goods. Transporting a large quantity of Ken beer cans and foreign liquor without proof of legal origin is a violation of the law.
