- Driver management.
- Ensuring road traffic order and safety according to the Road Traffic Law.
- Passenger and goods transportation according to the Road Law.
Notification When Engaging in Motorbike Transport Business
Transport business units must notify the People’s Committee of the commune, ward, or town where they reside about:
- The type of vehicle used for transport business.
- Information about the vehicle operator (full name, personal identification number).
Regulations on Drivers in Motorbike Transport Business
It is absolutely forbidden to use drivers:
- Without a driver’s license (GPLX).
- With a GPLX that is not suitable for the type of vehicle.
- With all GPLX points deducted.
- Who are being suspended or revoked their GPLX.
- Who are prohibited from practicing their profession (applicable to vehicle types requiring a GPLX).
Obligations and Responsibilities of Transport Business Units
Transport business units must:
