Some units have also invested in new 7-seater cars for door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, increasing convenience and safety for passengers, especially families with young children or the elderly.

Tien Phuong Bus Company, another fixed-route passenger transport unit, has also invested in vehicle upgrades to meet passenger travel needs. Mr. Tran Van Tien, Deputy Director of Tien Phuong Transport – Trade Service Cooperative, affirmed that the cooperative has a plan to increase trips and is committed to not increasing fares against regulations, ensuring passenger rights. Strict Management and Enhanced Control

To ensure passenger transport operations are orderly and safe, the Department of Transport has requested businesses and fixed-route passenger transport cooperatives to coordinate with bus stations to develop detailed service plans. Mr. Vu Minh Thuan, Head of the Transport Management Department of the Department of Transport, emphasized that units need to proactively increase vehicles and trips to avoid passenger congestion at bus stations.

During peak periods, the Department of Transport will issue additional badges for transport business vehicles to enhance service capacity. Simultaneously, vehicles will be readily deployed to clear passengers at bus stations when necessary. Functional forces will also increase inspection and strictly handle violations of traffic order and safety, especially overloading, illegal passenger cars, unapproved bus stops, and disguised contract vehicles operating as fixed routes.
