JAC truck drawing entry in the art contest
JAC Vietnam is organizing the “JAC Truck Art Contest 2024” to create a healthy playground, connect the community, and facilitate learning and exchange. The contest is open to all JAC fans, with no restrictions on age, gender, or the number of participants. The contest will run from August 20, 2024, to September 10, 2024.
JAC Truck Art Contest Rules
Each participant can submit one painting of a JAC truck. The truck art image can be a drawing of a JAC truck alone or incorporating a JAC truck into everyday life.
Requirements for truck art images:
- Minimum size A4 (210x297mm). Larger sizes such as A3, A2, A1, A0… are also accepted.
- Free drawing materials.
- The content of the painting must not violate good customs and traditions, nor contain content that has been copyrighted, logos, trademarks of brands, sports teams, political slogans, etc.
- Take a photo of the painting with the owner.
How to Participate in the Truck Art Contest
Step 1: Submit your entry
Send an image of your JAC truck painting and an image of the owner with the painting, along with a short introduction to the painting and owner information (Full name, address, contact phone number…) to the BTC email: cty.otojacvn@gmail.com or send it directly in the comment section of the post on the Facebook Fanpage of JAC Vietnam Automobile Joint Stock Company. The introduction can share the inspiration for the painting, the process of making it, etc.
Step 2: Check your email for a response
The BTC will respond via email. If the entry is valid, the BTC will post the entry on the Facebook Fanpage of JAC Vietnam Automobile Joint Stock Company. If the entry is not valid, the BTC will respond and the participant needs to check the quality of the entry according to the program’s criteria and resubmit it by email.
Step 3: Share your entry
Visit the Facebook Fanpage of JAC Vietnam Automobile Joint Stock Company, find your entry, share it to your personal Facebook page with the hashtag: #jac #jacbeautifultruckdrawing and call for comments, shares, and votes for your entry.
Judging Method and Prize Structure
Judging method:
- Based on likes, shares, and comments on JAC’s post on Facebook.
- Based on the evaluation of the JAC factory’s judging panel.
The deadline for receiving paintings is September 10, 2024. Results will be announced within 1 week of work after September 20, 2024.
Prize structure:
- Less than 100 entries: First Prize: 3 million VND + JAC gifts; Second Prize: 2 million VND + JAC gifts; Third Prize: 1 million VND + JAC gifts; 3 Consolation Prizes: 500,000 VND + JAC gifts.
- From 100 entries or more: First Prize: 5 million VND + JAC gifts; Second Prize: 3 million VND + JAC gifts; Third Prize: 2 million VND + JAC gifts; 5 Consolation Prizes: 1 million VND + JAC gifts.
