The story of Maybach super-luxury cars today is often associated with the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. However, few know that over a century ago, Maybach was an independent super-luxury car brand, directly competing with Rolls-Royce and symbolizing luxury and class. Despite numerous historical events, including a production halt in late 2012, Maybach’s legacy and value live on in the hearts of car enthusiasts.

Nowadays, it’s not uncommon to see Mercedes-Maybach S-Class models on Vietnamese streets, but to witness a “purebred” Maybach with the double-M logo is exceptionally rare. Therefore, the simultaneous appearance of two Maybach models – a unique 57S and an ultra-limited Zeppelin – at an imported car showroom has greatly impressed car enthusiasts and the media.
Pristine white Maybach 57S Facelift, a one-of-a-kind version in Vietnam
While the Maybach 57S stands out with its rare pristine white paint, the “ultimate” Maybach Zeppelin is cloaked in a mysterious, powerful black coat. It is estimated that only about four Maybach 57S models are running in Vietnam, and among them, only this white one belongs to the Facelift upgrade version.
The Maybach 57S Facelift boasts significant upgrades compared to its predecessor, evident in the new grille, front air vents integrating modern LED daytime running lights, redesigned hood and rearview mirrors with integrated turn signals. The exterior highlight also comes from the sporty, luxurious multi-spoke rims.

The interior of this upgraded Maybach 57S continues to impress with its dominant white color scheme, harmonizing with the exterior. The glossy piano wood trim, combined with the “chocolate black” dashboard and center console, creates a delicate and luxurious contrast.
Regarding performance, the Maybach 57S uses a 6.0L V12 engine manufactured by Mercedes-AMG, producing a maximum power of 603 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1,001 Nm. As a result, the car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 277 km/h.
The elegant beauty of the Maybach Zeppelin and the sporty Maybach 57S
Standing next to the Maybach 57S Facelift is the “ultimate” Maybach Zeppelin, a limited edition of only 100 vehicles worldwide. It is known that this car is one of the few Maybach Zeppelins that appeared in Vietnam in 2011.
Compared to the standard version, the Maybach Zeppelin has some exterior differences, the most noticeable being the “Zeppelin” inscription on the front and rear logos, and the unique matte gray 20-inch rims. The Zeppelin inscription is also engraved on the door sills and displayed on the entertainment screen, confirming the special nature of this version.
The Maybach Zeppelin belongs to the Maybach 62 version, notable for its superior length compared to the 57S. The interior is upholstered in high-quality Nappa leather, and the displayed car has a luxurious black cockpit. The rare piano wood trim and shiny metal details further enhance the car’s đẳng cấp.
