- Option 1: Amend Decree 116 and Circular 03 to remove the type approval certificate procedure, amend the inspection method on a per-batch basis, and amend the 800m test track regulation.
- Option 2: Continue to implement Decree 116 and Circular 03, and if there are any obstacles or inadequacies, amend and supplement them.
However, the amendment needs to be carefully considered to avoid creating loopholes for import businesses to circumvent the law, affecting car quality and consumer rights.
