Xe Tải Mỹ Đình’s On-Site Loading Service:
We provide on-site loading and unloading services with a flexible additional fee, ranging from 432,000 VND to 756,000 VND. This fee will be adjusted depending on the type of transport you choose when you rent a truck at Xe Tải Mỹ Đình.
Important Notes Regarding Loading Services:
- Driver Assistance: Our Xe Tải Mỹ Đình drivers are always ready to assist and guide customers in loading and unloading goods. This ensures the safety of your goods and the vehicle throughout the service when you rent a truck.
- Service Scope: On-site loading service applies to locations within 50m of the vehicle’s parking location. For goods delivered/picked up on upper floors, we offer assistance up to 1 floor (or basement) or floors with elevator access.
- Technical Costs: The loading service price does not include technical costs such as dismantling cabinets, air conditioners, electrical equipment, machinery, and other complex equipment. Please take care of disassembling these items before using our truck rental and loading services.
- Tool Support: While our partner drivers at Xe Tải Mỹ Đình strive to provide the best support, we cannot guarantee that all drivers have specialized loading tools such as trolleys or forklifts. Therefore, if you have special needs for support tools, please discuss them directly with the driver when you rent a truck to ensure the best preparation.
- Stops: On-site loading service currently only applies to truck rental orders with a single stop.
