This new bus route is a collaborative effort between the Departments of Transport of Ha Tinh and Nghe An provinces, aiming to provide convenient transportation for people traveling between the two cities.
Specifically, Ha Tinh Bus Company, along with Dong Bac Trade and Transport JSC, has invested in this route. Dong Bac Company has provided 9 buses with 20 seats and 20 standing spaces, while Ha Tinh Bus Company has invested in 9 buses with 40 seats and 20 standing spaces.
The bus route operates daily from 5:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a frequency of 30 minutes per trip and 20 minutes per trip during peak hours. The starting point in Ha Tinh city is Pho Bridge (south of the city), and the endpoint in Vinh city is Vinh Railway Station.
The strong investment from Ha Tinh Bus Company in this route has significantly contributed to improving the quality of public passenger transport in the region. Currently, the Ha Tinh Department of Transport has issued operating licenses for 2 bus routes with a total of 29 buses. This not only facilitates convenient travel for residents along National Highway 1A but also reduces motorbike traffic on this route by over 60%.
As a result, traffic congestion and accidents have been significantly reduced, ending the previous situation of irregular and circuitous passenger pick-up and drop-off, ensuring traffic order and safety in the area. The investment by Ha Tinh Bus Company clearly demonstrates the company’s commitment to developing the public transport system, bringing practical benefits to the community.
