On July 29th, the police of Ba Don town (Quang Binh) handed over 3 Chinese suspects related to a murder case in Quang Ngai province to the police of this province for investigation and handling according to the law. The incident shocked public opinion as it involved the murder of a truck driver and robbery of the vehicle.

The three suspects include: Luo Shi Jun (born 2008), Huang Jie Cheng (born 2006) and Gan Ying (born 2007), all of Chinese nationality. This group of suspects was detained by the police of Ba Don town after causing a series of traffic accidents in Quang Binh.
Suspects Caused Multiple Accidents Before Being Arrested
At around 8 a.m. on July 28th, the group traveled in a Mai Linh taxi, license plate 14A-325.45, traveling in the South-North direction. When stopped for inspection by Quang Binh traffic police, the taxi driver did not comply with the order but accelerated and fled.
This action led to a series of traffic accidents in Ba Don town, injuring many people. The chase only ended when the taxi crashed into another car. Police forces controlled and arrested the people in the car.

Confession About the Murder in Quang Ngai
During the process of resolving the traffic collision, the police of Ba Don town and the Traffic Police Department of Quang Binh Provincial Police discovered that the suspects and the taxi had many suspicions, so they coordinated the investigation.
Through interrogation, the group confessed to being the perpetrators of the murder in Quang Ngai province 2 days earlier. Specifically, at 7 p.m. on July 27th, this group beat, strangled, and killed the Mai Linh taxi driver with license plate 14A-325.45, then stole the car and drove to Quang Binh before being arrested.
Victim Was a Truck Driver From Quang Ninh
The victim in the incident was Mr. N.V.H. (born 1977), residing in Quang Ninh province. Mr. H. is an employee of Mai Linh taxi company. At around 2 a.m. on July 27th, he was hired by the Chinese group to transport them along provinces in Vietnam. When they arrived in Quang Ngai, Mr. H. was murdered.

The case is currently being further investigated by the police. The arrest of the truck driver murder suspects has promptly prevented dangerous acts to society and brought justice to the victim.
