On the afternoon of August 28th, a serious traffic accident occurred on National Highway 18, in the area of Chi Linh town, Hai Duong province. A truck carrying construction materials suddenly lost control, crashed into a road construction site, and ran over a worker, resulting in the worker’s immediate death.
According to local residents, the tragic accident happened around 4:00 PM. At that time, a worker (identity unknown) was pouring concrete on National Highway 18. Suddenly, a truck with license plate 99K – 5641, loaded with construction materials, traveling on this route, lost control and crashed straight into the construction site.

The strong impact caused the worker to be unable to react and was run over by the truck. The tragic result was that the victim died instantly at the scene.
