1. Warranty Handling Method
During the warranty period, customers will be repaired or replaced free of charge for damaged parts and details due to technical errors in truck body manufacturing from Truong Long.
2. Cases Covered by the Warranty
- Errors arising due to materials that do not meet quality standards.
- Errors arising due to technical errors in the design and assembly of the truck body.
3. Cases Not Covered by the Warranty
Truong Long is not responsible for warranty for damage arising from the following causes:
- Customers arbitrarily change the structure and position of the details of the truck body product.
- Using the vehicle to carry goods exceeding the designed load, arranging goods improperly.
- Damage due to collisions, accidents, careless loading and unloading of goods, incorrect operation.
- Transporting corrosive goods such as acids or salts without appropriate truck body protection measures.
- Damage due to environmental impacts and natural disasters.
- Parts that naturally wear out over time (hydraulic oil, oil filters, cylinder gaskets, sliding pads, etc.).
- Customers do not perform periodic inspections and maintenance as prescribed.
- Lights and working lights.
4. Responsibilities of the User
- The user should carefully read and understand the contents of the user manual provided by Truong Long.
- The user is responsible for inspecting and maintaining the vehicle as prescribed. Note that maintenance should be more frequent if the vehicle operates in harsh conditions (dust, high or low temperatures, etc.).
5. Truck Body Warranty Time and Location
- Truck body warranty period: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
- Warranty location: At the warranty stations of Truong Long Engineering and Automotive Joint Stock Company:
