On October 20th, at approximately 10:15 AM, a tragic accident occurred on National Highway 1D, passing through Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh province. A truck carrying wood chips suddenly overturned and crushed a motorcycle, resulting in the immediate death of three people.

Details of the Fatal Truck Overturn Accident
According to initial reports, the truck, bearing license plate 77H-025.17, was driven by Mr. Nguyen Minh Tam (born in 1990, residing in Phu My district, Binh Dinh). It was traveling from Phu Yen towards Binh Dinh. Upon reaching the roundabout at the intersection of Ward Quang Trung (Quy Nhon City), the truck suddenly overturned, crushing a motorcycle carrying three people traveling in the same direction.
Serious Consequences
The truck overturn caused wood chips to spill onto the road, obstructing several other vehicles. The three victims on the motorcycle, including a man and two 9-year-old children, died at the scene. The truck driver was trapped in the cabin but was fortunately rescued by local residents in time.

Immediately after the accident, people shouted for help, provided assistance, and notified the authorities. Rescue forces quickly arrived at the scene, lifted the truck, and transported the victims to the hospital. However, all three victims had already died before reaching the hospital due to severe injuries.
